Background of the PROJECT
Despite the technological specialization, each of the companies that make up Grupo BGO come from different branches within the IT sector. This circumstance meant that each of them had a particular business philosophy, with the consequent problem of not having uniformity in personnel management. For example, each company had a different organizational structure or handled payroll in a different way.
Faced with these unmet challenges, Team2Go was established as the homogeneous solution capable of connecting all employees incorporated into the Group, thus fostering a sense of belonging to the new corporate unit.
Thanks to Team2Go, Grupo BGO was able to communicate with all the teams and offer a channel to consult payrolls, request vacation days and leaves or shape a training plan according to their position and the requirements of the company to improve the quality of its service. Likewise, and in parallel, department or administrative area managers required a tool where they could consult and publish all the information related to the people who are part of the group.
Main challenges of the project
In addition to the dispersion of all employee data, BGO Group meant to bring together a group of companies in a single proposal, but at the same time to be able to diversify each of the cases in order to respond to them individually. All this was achieved in a record time of three weeks, as it was necessary for the whole company to have access to the portal, complementing this period in a later one where the functionalities were increased.
