One of the big additions during the implementation carried out for the PronoKal Group was the implementation of a Performance Availability module, a strategic-level need presented by the organization and a fundamental requirement for the members of the management team. This endorsement process was carried out for the entire organization worldwide, as it was launched in four different languages ​​(Spanish, English, Italian and Turkish) and has a high percentage of participation by the different teams and members of PronoKal. Additionally, an important communication exercise was carried out to disseminate the endorsement internally, with the objective of encouraging the participation of collaborators. The final result was very positive, setting a large framework for the organization and representing a huge success and result.
